The Roosevelt would like to thank everyone for attending the Showcase on Saturday, June 28. The turnout was amazing. The designers did a wonderful job of incorporating their personal style, taste and flair into comfortable living quarters. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Grand Opening.

Have you been inside The Roosevelt lately? It is amazing! The pool is done, the lobby is AMAZING and there are so many floor plans to choose from I have to go back again to do a walkt hrough before I make a decis ion! This place has to be the best residence Downtown has to offer!
half a mil for a small loft...not sure that makes sense.
Hope I read this post earlier so that I can go to the loft and see the success in it.
