The Roosevelt would like to thank everyone for attending the Showcase on Saturday, June 28. The turnout was amazing. The designers did a wonderful job of incorporating their personal style, taste and flair into comfortable living quarters. We look forward to seeing everyone at the Grand Opening.

The developers of The Roosevelt have given two students from Fashion Institute of Design& Merchandising (FIDM) an opportunity of a lifetime. Jessica Comingore and Jennifer Duarte are bringing two lofts to life! They, along with world - renowned interior designer Chasye Dacoda will transform three amazing floor plans into affordable, urban living quarters.
